We offer online courses through our new EIA Campus. Each course offers video instruction by Dr. Canter, bullet points, reference documents and review questions. The video instruction is the same material that Dr. Canter uses in the onsite courses he teaches to federal agencies and international governments on a monthly basis. His commitment to provide affordable training that meet his high standards of excellence is what led to the development of EIA Campus. His vision is that students across the globe can take these courses for a fraction of what it would cost for an onsite course.
We also offer a subscription-based research site called EIAVault.com. Utilizing this site will allow you to spend less time searching the web for useful EIA reference documents and more time on the project analysis. EIAVault.com contains hundreds of selected and key references related to the EIA field. Categories include: CEA, NEPA, Adaptive Management, Threatened & Endangered Species, Air Quality, Water Quality, Water Reources and more.
As part of our commitment to provide innovative and cost-effective training solutions, we have developed blended learning solutions, which combine self-study training with live instructor-led training sessions via video-conference, online or onsite.
Our short on-site courses range from the fundamental aspects of EIA to advanced topics such as cumulative effects assessment. Specialized courses are also available in risk assessment, adaptive management, computer-based tools, and review of NEPA documents.
Our consulting services include the preparation and critical review of EIAs and EAs, strategic planning of Environmental Impact Assessment, as well as creating custom training programs and materials for small to large organizations
In our online store, you can purchase Training CDs and Books. The Reference CDs contain documents and Internet web links useful in the practice of Environmental Impact Assessment. The books available for purchase are all related to the EIA field and are titles authored by Dr. Larry Canter. These books have been utilized at universities and organizations across the United States.
